1.Copy of Nepali Citizenship Certificate, Copy of Renewed Certificate of Registration with the concerned Council and Educational Qualification Certificates, copies of work experience certificates should be certified by the candidate himself and submitted along with the application.
2. Download and fill the application form from the website of Public Service Commission and submit it to the Administration Branch of District Hospital Baitadi
3. Age limit is less than 40 years after completing 18 years in case of Assistant and 45 years after completing 21 years in case of Officer
4. Candidates who have studied in a foreign institute should have the equivalence determined by the concerned body.
5. A short list of applications received will be prepared and selected through written and interview. To higher qualifications Priority will be given.
